We at our computer repair company have been providing dependable and reliable services for years. Our Journey Begins It all started with two friends who had a shared passion for fixing computers. We knew that there were plenty of people out there who needed help repairing their computers, but weren’t sure if there was enough demand for such a service in our area. So, we decided to take a risk and open up our own computer repair shop in 2000. And we’re glad we did! The Growth of Our Business Our business quickly grew from word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied customers. Before long, it became clear that our services were in high demand and there was no shortage of work to be done! To meet the growing demands for our services, we decided to expand and hire additional technicians in 2004 – this allowed us to provide an even higher level of service to our customers. Over the past decade, we’ve seen tremendous growth – both in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction – which is something that we are extremely proud of! We attribute much of this success to our commitment to providing excellent customer service, as well as staying ahead of industry trends so that we can always offer best-in-class solutions for every project. In addition to this, being locally owned and operated has enabled us to better understand local needs and provide customized solutions designed specifically with them in mind. This allows us to remain competitive while still offering unbeatable quality and value for money. |
